Pop-up windows

Pop-up windows are commonly disabled to prevent advertising banners etc. This application utilises pop-ups and requires them to be enabled. Pop-up blocking tools are either integrated into your web browser, part of a downloadable toolbar, or a feature in antivirus or firewall software. Due to the diversity of methods for  disabling pop-ups, we do not provide specific support for this issue, however, the following configuration tips for the most common solutions may help:

Microsoft Internet Explorer 6 has an integral pop-up blocker if Windows XP Service Pack 2 has been installed.

Mozilla and Firefox have integral pop-up blockers installed as default.

The Google Toolbar has an optional pop-up blocking facility, and can be installed in Internet Explorer for Windows. (Note: googlebar for Mozilla, the alternative to the official Google Toolbar does not have a pop-up blocking feature)

Other downloadable toolbars (Yahoo, MSN and Altavista for example) may also have pop-up blocker facilties. Please refer to the specific toolbar's Frequently Asked Questions to obtain instructions on how to configure pop-up blocking.

Antivirus and firewall software from manufacturers such as Norton, Symantec, Ferio, McAfee and Zonelabs may also contain pop-up blocking facilities. Please refer to the website or user manual for the software you have installed.

Once your browser is correctly configured you may try again?
